Starhub has enabled 100mbps service to all premium and ultimate users.

Sad to say, those who do not have the docsis 3.0 modem won't get to enjoy the speed.

And there is also no promotion to get those who has older modems to upgrade.

So right now my feedback is this: "Is starhub concerned with customer retention or not?"

For all it is worth, if being a premium customer is being treated this way, I would be downgrading soon since

a) The local content is well served by 12mbps anyway
b) Facebook do not really need that high a bandwidth since it is primarily photos and texts
c) I am not a Youtube Junkie.
d) Games nowadays has tons of speed the the problem is always server side. And the server side has nothing to do with the product offering from starhub most of the time unless they have an exclusive deal (e.g. maplestory servers). What if you are not a maplestory gamer?
e) I won't be enjoying 100 mbps because of CSU/DSU issue
